Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive or Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the company in achieving its sales and business targets.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media and other channels.
• Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Explain company products/services and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare and maintain lead, follow-up and sales records.
• Achieve assigned monthly/weekly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
