Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through calling, networking and market research.
  • Handle PCD, Pharma Manufacturing, Third-Party Manufacturing and Franchise Sales.
  • Identify and develop new clients, distributors and business partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
  • Maintain customer and sales records and provide regular sales reports.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales and business development approach.
  • Knowledge of Pharma/Healthcare products preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in B2B/Pharma/Healthcare sales preferred.
