About the Company

ASols Ltd. is a multinational manufacturing company with operations in India, China, Canada, and the USA. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with hands-on QuickBooks experience to manage daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and customer accounts.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and manage customer invoices.
• Track accounts receivable, outstanding payments, and follow-ups.
• Record supplier bills and maintain accounts payable.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Maintain customer and supplier records.
• Prepare basic financial reports, including P&L and receivables/payables.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate their resolution.
• Communicate professionally with international customers and management.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of practical experience in bookkeeping.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks, preferably QuickBooks Online.
• Experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working the night shift from home.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
