We are looking for an experienced Finance & Audit Professional (CA Dropout / Semi-Qualified) with hands-on experience in a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm. The candidate will be responsible for managing statutory audits, GST compliance, direct tax filings, and core financial accounting.Key ResponsibilitiesStatutory & Internal Audit: Lead and execute statutory audits, tax audits, and internal control evaluations in compliance with Standards on Auditing (SAs) and Companies Act provisions.GST Compliance: Oversee end-to-end GST operations, including monthly filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), annual returns (GSTR-9/9C), reconciliation of GSTR-2B with books, and managing notices or assessments.Direct Taxation: Prepare and process Income Tax Return (ITR) filings, TDS/TCS quarterly returns, deposit reconciliations, and advance tax calculations.Core Accounting & Financial Reporting: Maintain general ledgers, oversee finalization of balance sheets, P&L accounts, and conduct monthly closing reconciliations.Client & Regulatory Interface: Represent the organization/clients before tax authorities and co-ordinate with external auditors during audits.Candidate RequirementsEducation: CA Dropout / Semi-Qualified CA (Cleared CA Inter / IPCC).Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a mandatory background of working in a CA Firm / Articleship training.Key Skills:Strong expertise in Statutory Auditing, GST Laws, Income Tax, and TDS/TCS rules.Hands-on proficiency with Tally Prime, ERP software, and GST Portal / Income Tax Portal.Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Reconciliation).Attributes: Strong analytical aptitude, high accuracy in numeric compliance, and clear client communication skills.
