Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager to acquire new clients, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue through the sale of financial products including Demat & Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, and Margin Funding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of capital markets, and a passion for sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new clients through cold calling, references, field sales, digital leads, and networking.
• Open Demat and Trading accounts and ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, and Loan Against Securities.
• Generate brokerage revenue by increasing client trading activity.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high retention.
• Provide market updates and investment ideas in coordination with the research team.
• Achieve monthly acquisition, activation, and revenue targets.
• Conduct client meetings, seminars, and investor awareness programs.
• Ensure KYC, SEBI, and exchange compliance for all client activities.
• Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales and activity reports.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in Broking, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Financial Sales.
• NISM Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Good understanding of Equity Markets and Financial Products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM applications.
