Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell jewellery products by visiting retail jewellery stores, dealers, distributors, and potential business clients. The candidate should have excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visit jewellery retailers, dealers, distributors, and prospective clients regularly.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
• Present jewellery collections, product catalogues, and pricing to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain records of daily sales visits and submit activity reports.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for timely order processing.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.

• Good negotiation and convincing ability.
• Sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in jewellery, gold, diamond, silver, luxury retail, or FMCG sales is preferred.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is an added advantage.
