Job Description

Site Planning & Infrastructure Execution

·        Civil Works Management: Supervise contractors building internal roads, storm-water drains, water supply pipelines, sewage networks, and electricity poles, Parks landscaping and all other amenities.

 

·        Quality Control: Monitor raw materials and construction standards to meet urban development specifications.

 

·        Timeline Tracking: Build detailed project schedules to finish land development phases without delays

 

Budgeting & Resource Management

·        Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate budgets for land grading, surveying, infrastructure laying, and statutory development charges.

 

·        Vendor Negotiation: Manage external contractors, civil engineers, and equipment suppliers.

 

·        Expense Control: Track daily expenditures to prevent cost overruns.
