Role Summary 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our Coimbatore 

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client coordination, document 

handling, and transaction updates, ensuring smooth operational processes and a high level 

of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities 

∙Act as the primary point of contact for clients on operational matters. 

∙Collect, verify, and manage customer documentation accurately. 

∙Maintain and update customer information across internal systems and portals. 

∙Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing. 

∙Communicate transaction updates to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner. 

∙Proactively follow up with clients and internal teams to close pending items.

Qualifications & Requirements 

∙Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 

∙0–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply). 

∙Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 

∙Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively. 

∙Proficiency in MS Excel or similar data management tools. 

∙Proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam would be an added advantage.
