Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Trainee to join our fully automatic machine manufacturing operations. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in production processes, machine operations, maintenance, and quality control while working under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation and monitoring of fully automatic machines
• Support production activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Assist in machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Participate in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Support quality inspection and documentation processes
• Record production data and prepare basic reports
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality, and Maintenance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation
• Understanding of engineering drawings and tools (preferred)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
