Job Description
Client Prospecting: Identify potential subscribers through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
Sales Pitching: Present suitable chit schemes based on the customer's financial capacity and savings goals.
Scheme Explanation: Clearly explain monthly installments, auction procedures, dividends, and payout processes.
Onboarding & KYC: Collect required documentation and complete KYC verification for all new subscribers.
Relationship Management: Maintain continuous contact with existing clients to secure renewals and direct referrals.
Collection Assistance: Coordinate with the collection team to ensure prompt payment of monthly installments.
Auction Support: Guide subscribers through the bidding process, prize money applications, and guarantor documentation.
Market Expansion: Analyze local markets, monitor competitors, and organize promotional activities in high-potential areas.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly targets for new tickets sold and total turnover volume.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies and the Chit Funds Act during all transactions.
