Job Description
Role:
We are hiring a Admission Counsellor to handle student and parent inquiries for educational institutions. The role includes admission calls, lead follow-ups, and basic counseling.
Responsibilities:
✅Handle inbound & outbound admission-related calls
✅Explain courses, eligibility & fee structure
✅Follow up with student leads and update CRM/Sheets
✅Coordinate with admissions team
Languages:
English + Tamil
Requirements:
✅Good communication & phone etiquette
✅Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM)
✅Education/EdTech telecalling experience (Added Value)
✅Freshers with strong communication can apply
