Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines as per production requirements.
  • Set and adjust CNC machines, tools, fixtures, and work offsets.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
  • Load/unload components and monitor machining operations.
  • Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
  • Make basic tool offset and parameter adjustments when required.
  • Identify machining defects and take corrective action.
  • Maintain production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
  • Record production and inspection details.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
