Job Description

Cluster Manager (DST / DSA Channel)


Role Expectation (Non-Negotiable)

•⁠ ⁠Must have strong team handling experience (minimum 8–15 sales executives / advisors)

•⁠ ⁠Responsible for end-to-end branch performance – sourcing, conversion, and revenue targets

•⁠ ⁠Drive DST / DSA channel productivity and daily sales output

•⁠ ⁠Recruit, train, and manage field sales teams consistently

•⁠ ⁠Strong control over local market networks (agents, connectors, DSAs)

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on involvement in closures – not just supervision


Candidate Profile

•⁠ ⁠5+ years experience in Insurance / Loans / Chit Funds

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership mindset – ability to push, track, and scale teams

•⁠ ⁠Local candidate preferred with deep market understanding


CTC: Up to ₹ 6 Lakhs (Performance-driven incentives extra)

Qualification: Any Degree
