Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Officers to promote and source financial products. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel within Chennai, meet prospective customers, generate business leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for financial products.
• Conduct field visits and generate quality business leads.
• Explain loan products and assist customers throughout the application process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
• Meet daily activity targets, customer meetings, and monthly sales goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Submit daily reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility:

• Experience: 0–4 years in Sales, BFSI, Financial Services, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, or Direct Sales.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai.
