Job Description
An academic counsellor at a logistics training centre guides prospective and enrolled students in choosing and navigating supply chain, shipping, and Procurement study programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Guidance: Assess a student's educational background and career goals to recommend suitable logistics courses.
- Admission Management: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, supporting the complete enrollment workflow.
- Program Education: Explain complex curriculum details, certifications, and placement statistics.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date student inquiries, progress reports, and attendance logs
