Monthly Meeting: 6 days per month at Hotel Aditya, Vadapalani, Chennai

• Working HoursWork From Home: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM – General Shift
• Monthly Meeting at Hotel Aditya: 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM
• Hotel Aditya attendance is required only for the scheduled 6 monthly meeting days.
• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Explain membership plans, benefits, and services to prospective customers.
• Convert leads into memberships through effective telesales and follow-up.
• Ensure timely membership activation for new clients.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to build strong relationships.
• Handle client retention and renewal activities.
• Follow up with inactive, expiring, and potential members to encourage renewals.
• Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, sales, activations, and renewals.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets for sales, membership activation, and client retention.
• Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and issue resolution.
• Attend the monthly 6-day meeting at Hotel Aditya, Vadapalani, as scheduled by management.
• Participate in team meetings, training, performance reviews, and business discussions during the monthly meeting days.
• Candidate RequirementsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, Client Retention, Membership Sales, or Hospitality is preferred.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Must be willing to attend 6 days of monthly meetings at Hotel Aditya, Vadapalani.
• Candidates with a positive attitude and strong customer-handling skills are preferred.
