Job Role: Field Collection Executive


Field Collection ExecutiveJob Location: All over Chennai – Nearby Locations


Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply


Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers at their registered/residential/business addresses for payment collection.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending/overdue payments.
  • Collect payments through approved company methods and provide necessary acknowledgements.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily collections and customer interactions.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and communicate payment details clearly.
  • Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
  • Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
  • Follow company guidelines and collection procedures.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned locations in Chennai.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
  • Ability to handle field work and collection targets.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
