Position: Telecaller

Location: Kolathur, Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with leads received through LinkedIn, IndiaMART, and social media platforms.
• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally to customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Update lead details and follow-up status accurately.
• Coordinate with the concerned team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Achieve assigned lead conversion and performance targets.

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of social media and online lead platforms is an advantage.
