Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION – MARKETING EXECUTIVE (B2B)

Location: Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram District

Department: Corporate Account Development.

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Hospital Management

Job Purpose: To develop B2B business opportunities, establish corporate partnerships, and generate revenue through industrial healthcare services, corporate medical programmes, and institutional tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach industries, factories, companies, schools, and other institutions for healthcare partnerships.
• Develop business for Occupational Health Centre (OHC) services, employee medical examinations, health check-ups, and corporate medical camps.
• Build relationships with HR managers, EHS officers, factory managers, administrative teams, and decision-makers.
• Arrange client meetings, present service proposals, coordinate quotations, and follow up on business opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain a database of prospective clients, meetings, proposals, and business conversions.
• Coordinate with hospital management to prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and finalise agreements.
• Submit daily field visit reports and periodic business development updates.
• Support patient footfall campaigns and other marketing activities as required.
• Qualifications and Skills Any recognised degree or diploma; graduates preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, corporate marketing, industrial marketing, or healthcare business development preferred.
• Fluency in Tamil and working knowledge of English.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, spreadsheets, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram, and surrounding industrial areas.
