Job Description

Handle CRM calls promptly and professionally.

Manage Just Dial and social media inquiries (Meta, YouTube, etc.).

Convert leads into appointments through effective follow-up.

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

Provide clear information about CNG hydro testing procedures and services.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling.

Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and lead conversion.
