Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic KANNADA Telecalling Executive to connect with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and generate leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services and provide accurate information.
Understand customer requirements and address basic queries.
Generate leads and identify potential customers.
Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
Maintain customer and call details in the CRM/database.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and closures.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
