Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive with excellent communication skills to handle telesales, customer inquiries, and follow-up calls. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good convincing skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic queries.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
