Job Description



Title: Telecaller 

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Qualification: 12th Pass / College Dropout / Any Degree

Gender: Male & Female

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role: Customer Calling / Broadband Renewal

Freshers are welcome. Training and guidance will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

Call existing broadband customers regarding plan renewal.


Explain available broadband renewal plans, offers, and benefits.


Understand customer requirements and assist them in choosing a suitable renewal plan.


Follow up with customers whose plans are due for renewal.


Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.


Maintain accurate customer and calling records.


Achieve daily and monthly calling/renewal targets.


Maintain a positive and professional relationship with existing customers.
