Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and communicative HR Telecaller/Executive/Asst Manager to join our Human Resources/Recruitment team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating with job candidates over the phone to fill open positions quickly and efficiently.

Job Location: Adyar Chennai & Krishnagiri

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Candidate Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to job seekers from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) or internal databases.
• Initial Screening: Conduct telephonic interviews to check basic eligibility, communication skills, experience, and salary expectations.
• Job Pitching: Explain job roles, company culture, compensation packages, and interview procedures to prospective candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule, confirm, and follow up on candidate interviews with HR managers and department heads.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate daily log of candidate calls, interview statuses, and follow-ups in an Excel sheet or ATS/CRM tool.
• Candidate Nurturing: Build a pipeline of passive candidates and maintain good relationships for future hiring needs.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets for candidate calls, line-ups, and joiners.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Any Graduate (Degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus).-
• Language: Hindi, Tamil Telugu - English must
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or HR recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in English and local languages, with a polite and persuasive phone etiquette.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
• Attitude: High resilience, patience, and the ability to handle rejection or repetitive calls.

Salary & Work Details

• Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives).
• Shift/Timing: Day shift.
