HR Executive

Key Responsibilities of Industrial HR

• Handle shop-floor employee and workmen-related HR activities.
• Coordinate manpower deployment across shifts and departments.
• Monitor absenteeism and manpower shortages and coordinate replacement manpower.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments regarding manpower requirements.
• Handle contract labour documentation and coordination.
• Support labour law and statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain records related to working hours, leave, overtime, wages, and employee benefits.
• Assist in employee welfare and workplace discipline activities.
• Support management during employee meetings, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of HR operations and employee handling.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of payroll and attendance processes.
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation and record-maintenance skills.
• Ability to handle employees and workmen professionally.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Educational QualificationMBA / PGDM / MSW / MHRM / MA (HR) / Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR operations will be preferred.
