Job Description – Techno-Commercial ExecutiveSales & Service – CCTV & Electronic Security Systems

Position: Techno-Commercial Executive – CCTV

Department: Sales & Technical Service

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Generate leads and develop new customers for CCTV and electronic security products.
• Meet customers, understand their security requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Conduct site visits and prepare CCTV camera placement and system requirements.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Technical & Service

• Install, configure, and commission CCTV systems, including IP and analog cameras.
• Configure NVR/DVR, storage, networking, remote viewing, and mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, power, connectivity, and recording-related issues.
• Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
• Coordinate installation and service teams at customer locations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and AMC service visits.
• Prepare service reports and maintain customer/service records.

Techno-Commercial Skills

• Understand CCTV products, specifications, lenses, storage requirements, PoE switches, networking, and accessories.
• Convert customer requirements into technically and commercially viable solutions.
• Compare products and prepare appropriate technical proposals.
• Coordinate with vendors/distributors for pricing, availability, and technical support.
• Negotiate with customers while maintaining company margins.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR and basic networking.
• Sales and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations and BOQs.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and service calls.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, email and quotation software.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Monthly sales achievement.
