Role: Store Executive / VR Game Host
Company: Namma VR Games
Location: 1st Floor (Opp. Lift Lobby), BSR Mall, Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Work Timings:
- Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (10 hours/day)
- Schedule: 6 days/week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory, 1 weekday off)
Salary:
- Fixed Base: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000/month
- Incentives: Uncapped sales performance incentives (earn ₹5,000+ extra)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming mall walk-in customers and explaining VR game options/packages
- Floor sales, customer engagement, and upselling multi-game passes
- Assisting players with VR gear (headsets, controllers) and starting games
- Handling billing, counter cash/UPI payments, and daily sales closing
Candidate Requirements:
- Local candidates only (residing within 1–5 km of Thoraipakkam / OMR)
- Education: 12th Pass, Any Diploma, or Non-IT Degree (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA / BA)
- Languages: Fluent Tamil; basic conversational English
- Prior experience in retail sales, counter billing, or showroom customer service is preferred
- Note: This is a core retail floor role. B.E., B.Tech, and software/IT candidates please do NOT apply.
