Solution Manager

Job Description – Payments & Collections (Enterprise Solutions / Transaction Banking)

• Manage and implement the bank's Payments & Collections products for corporate and business customers.
• Drive implementation and onboarding of Payment Gateway, POS (Point of Sale), and Soundbox solutions under the collections portfolio.
• Support and implement payment solutions such as eNACH, Bulk Payments, Single Payments, and Integrated Payment Solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch teams and Relationship Managers (RMs) to identify business opportunities and onboard new customers.
• Ensure successful customer activation, drive regular transaction activity, and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
• Manage the assigned customer portfolio by increasing product usage, customer engagement, and retention.
• Acquire new customers and cross-sell the bank's Payments & Collections solutions to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, timely issue resolution, and a high-quality customer experience.
