Job Description
Position: Banking Team Leader
Department: Sales
Experience: 2–5 years in Banking / Financial Services / Loan Sales
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of banking/loan sales executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Generate leads and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Handle customer requirements related to Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and LAP.
- Monitor team performance and achieve assigned business targets.
- Train, motivate, and guide team members to improve productivity.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update management on team performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with banks and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and banking policies.
- RequirementsGraduate degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in banking, NBFC, loan sales, or financial services.
- Previous team-handling experience is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
