Social Media Marketing Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our company's social media presence, create engaging content, improve brand visibility, and support digital marketing activities across various platforms.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
2. Plan, create and publish engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories and videos.
3. Design promotional posters, banners, product creatives and marketing materials using Canva or other design tools.
4. Create engaging captions, hashtags and SEO-friendly descriptions for social media posts.
5. Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
6. Shoot and edit product videos, company activities, promotional videos and customer-related content.
7. Monitor social media engagement, followers, reach and overall account performance.
8. Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries professionally.
9. Research industry trends, competitors and trending content ideas.
10. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products, offers and company updates.
11. Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
12. Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.

• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 2 –5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Hands-on experience with Premier Pro, Photoshop or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or VN.
• Good content writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hashtags, SEO and social media trends.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate new content ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B social media marketing.
• Knowledge of the solar, renewable energy or manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
• Experience in creating product promotional videos and reels.
