Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Installation & Commissioning: Set up new hardware, software, or heavy machinery, run tests, and verify system integration.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software failures on the spot and execute fast fixes to minimize downtime.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, calibration, and scheduled servicing to prevent unexpected system breakdowns.
  • Client Training & Support: Teach customer staff how to operate, clean, and manage equipment safely, answering technical questions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Log service visits, spare parts usage, test results, and maintenance history in company databases.
  • Team & Project Coordination: Guide junior technicians, coordinate with internal support desks, and manage on-site contractors
