Job Description:

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the construction sector.
  • Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable construction solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Handle site visits, client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Coordinate with the project and execution teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
  • Maintain sales reports, leads, and customer records.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in construction / real estate / building materials sales.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Knowledge of the local construction/real-estate market is an advantage.
