Position: Trainee – Manufacturing / Production

Work Locations: Oragadam, Chennai & Mannur, Chennai

Employment Type: Trainee

Eligibility

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E.
  • Branches: All branches except Civil Engineering.
  • B.Sc. candidates: Candidates from B.Sc. backgrounds other than Mathematics, Physics, and Applied Sciences may also be considered, subject to applicable eligibility criteria.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing environment and in shifts, as applicable.



Qualification Stipend / Month Attendance Incentive Retention Bonus

Diploma ₹16,500 ₹1,000 ₹3,000 per month, payable once in 3 months

B.E. ₹17,500 ₹1,000 ₹3,000 per month, payable once in 3 months


Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day manufacturing and production activities.
  • Follow company safety, quality, and process standards.
  • Assist in operating and monitoring production processes.
  • Maintain workplace discipline and follow company procedures.
  • Support quality and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Follow shift schedules and instructions from supervisors.


Deductions & Facilities

  • Transport: ₹5/day deduction
  • Canteen: ₹5/day deduction
  • Hostel: ₹700/month deduction – available for female candidates only
