Job Description:

Vinayak Promoters is looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting residential plots and villa projects, generating leads and converting potential customers into successful sales.

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, references and networking.
  • Promote company plots and villa projects.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain property details.
  • Follow up with potential customers regularly.
  • Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Negotiate with customers and support sales closures.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Skills & RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Interest in real estate sales.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
