Job Description

  • PhonePe – Business Development Executive (BDE) Job DescriptionEligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification: 12th pass and above.
  • Two-Wheeler: Own bike is mandatory.
  • Smartphone: Android mobile phone is mandatory.
  • Driving Licence: Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred/required as per company policy.
  • Communication: Basic communication and convincing skills.
  • Work Type: Field sales job.
  • Job ResponsibilitiesVisit shops and businesses.
  • Onboard new merchants to PhonePe.
  • Install and activate PhonePe QR codes.
  • Explain PhonePe services to shopkeepers.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with merchants.
  • Job RequirementsWillingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • Comfortable with field work.
  • Target-oriented attitude.
  • Good customer-handling skills.

Note: This is a field-based Business Development Executive position.
