• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.

B2C Sales (Individual Customers)

• Handle inquiries from walk-in customers, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages or workspace solutions.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and memberships.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Tours & Travel Sales

• Promote domestic and international tour packages.
• Assist clients with itinerary planning, hotel bookings, flight reservations, visa assistance, and travel insurance.
• Coordinate with travel vendors and service providers.
• Upsell additional travel-related services and packages.

Co-Working Space Sales

• Conduct site visits and workspace tours for prospective clients.
• Explain membership plans, office facilities, pricing, and service offerings.
• Convert leads into memberships, dedicated desks, private offices, and meeting room bookings.
