Job Description

Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, firewalls, switches, load balancers, VPNs, and wireless networks.


Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.


Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network hardware and software.


Perform regular system updates, patches, and configuration changes.


Maintain and update technical documentation for network processes, systems, and configurations.


Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.


Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for problem resolution and system upgrades.


Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity across multiple locations.


Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
