Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets.
  • Monitor production processes, machine performance and OEE.
  • Troubleshoot process and production-related issues.
  • Reduce rejection, scrap, downtime and cycle time.
  • Implement Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Stores teams.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and guide operators/technicians on the shop floor.
  • Prepare production reports and monitor key production KPIs.

Preferred Profile:

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Relevant experience in manufacturing/production, preferably electrical components, plastic processing or similar industries.
  • Good knowledge of production processes, quality tools, problem-solving and lean manufacturing.
