Job Description

  • Install and commission broadband and fiber connections at customer locations.
  • Perform servicing and preventive maintenance of broadband/fiber connections.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to broadband and network connectivity.
  • Ensure quality installation and provide excellent customer service.
  • Achieve daily installation and service targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain service records and update job completion status as per company processes
