Job Description
We are looking for a Hindi Telecaller to join our team and handle customer communication over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, explaining products/services, following up with potential customers, generating leads, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills, a pleasant and confident personality, and the ability to convince and engage customers effectively. Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, real estate, finance, or other sales-related industries will be preferred. Freshers with strong Hindi communication skills can also be considered.
