Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and target-oriented Female Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Business Development.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, communicating with prospective customers, conducting regular follow-ups, handling objections, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers.

Generate new leads through calling, follow-ups, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions clearly.

Qualify leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.

Follow up consistently with interested and pending prospects to drive conversions.

Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/software.

Prepare daily call reports, follow-up reports, and sales updates.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Coordinate with the field sales, marketing, and operations teams when required.

Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.

Candidate Requirements

Female candidates preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Business Development, or a related sales role.

Any Graduate / Diploma qualification.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Tamil and English communication skills preferred.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
