📌 Job Description – Field Recruiter

Location: Koyembedu, Chennai (Flexible to travel Velachery, Siruseri & other Chennai regions)

Role Type: Full‑time, Day Shift, Permanent

🔹 Role Overview:

The Field Recruiter will actively source entry‑level jobseekers by visiting local areas, colleges, malls, job fairs, NGOs, and training institutes in Tamil Nadu. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to connect with large volumes of candidates, and collaboration with local consultancies to generate daily manpower leads.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges, malls, job fairs, NGOs, and training institutes to identify and engage active jobseekers.
• Target candidates with minimum Intermediate/Diploma qualifications; Degree and PG holders can also apply.
• Give presentations about job requirements and guide students on opportunities.
• Build strong networks with small local consultancies to source manpower on a daily basis.
• Identify new sourcing channels for quality manpower.
• Maintain candidate data and share leads with the recruitment team.

👤 Candidate Profile

• Must reside near Koyembedu and be flexible to travel across Chennai (Velachery, Siruseri, etc.).
• Fluent in Tamil with good English communication skills.
• Must have completed any Degree or Master's Education
• Strong ability to identify and engage volume jobseekers.
• Skills in rapport building, convincing, and coordination.
• Energetic, proactive, and willing to travel frequently.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
