Delivery Boy

Job Overview : We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Delivery Executive to handle package pickups, order transport, and customer deliveries within the local area. You will ensure orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities : Delivery & Transportation: Pick up orders from the central warehouse/hub and deliver packages to assigned addresses following optimal navigation routes.
• Order Verification: Double-check order details and package conditions before departure to prevent wrong or damaged deliveries.
• Payment & Proof of Delivery: Collect cash on delivery (COD) payments when required, issue receipts, and capture customer signatures or in-app delivery confirmations.
• Customer Interaction: Serve as the face of the brand by interacting professionally with customers, resolving basic order queries, and addressing delivery concerns.
• Status Updates: Use the company delivery app to continuously update order statuses (e.g., Out for Delivery, Delivered, Attempted) in real-time.
