Job Description
Pick up and deliver customer orders from the assigned hub within the scheduled timelines.
Ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of orders.
Handle products and packages carefully and maintain their quality.
Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments from customers and deposit the collected amount as per company policy.
Maintain accurate delivery records and update delivery status through the assigned mobile application.
Follow the assigned delivery routes and instructions provided by the hub manager.
Maintain proper communication with the hub team and customers regarding delivery status.
Follow traffic rules, road safety guidelines, and company policies.
Report any cash discrepancy, customer complaint, accident, or delivery issue immediately to the supervisor.
