URGENT HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Process: Vi CBO

Location: Aneja, Perungudi, Chennai

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 Take Home / Month

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Qualification: Any UG

Arrears: Allowed

Language: Good English + Regional Language

  • Job RoleHandle customer calls and queries professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Follow company process and communication guidelines.
  • Maintain good customer service and call quality.
  • Achieve assigned process and quality targets.

Shift DetailsRotational Shift + Rotational Week Off

Male:

2 PM–11 PM | 3 PM–12 AM | 4 PM–1 AM | 10 PM–7 AM

Female:

6 AM–3 PM | 7 AM–4 PM | 8 AM–5 PM | 9 AM–6 PM | 10 AM–7 PM | 11 AM–8 PM | 1 PM–10 PM

  • EligibilityFreshers are welcome.
  • Candidates with 4 months–1 year experience can apply.
