About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to join our aesthetic/dermatology clinic. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, making follow-up calls, explaining treatments, and converting leads into clinic appointments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls from patients and potential clients.
• Follow up on leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, Google, website, WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Understand patient requirements and provide basic information about aesthetic and dermatology treatments.
• Explain treatment procedures, packages, offers, and appointment details clearly.
• Convert enquiries and leads into appointments and consultations.
• Follow up with patients who have not confirmed their appointments.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential patients.
• Coordinate appointments with doctors, therapists, and the front-office team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
• Achieve daily/monthly call, follow-up, appointment and conversion targets.
• Handle patient queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with patients after consultations or treatments when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive, preferably in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, skin, hair, laser, or healthcare clinic.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil. Hindi or other languages will be an advantage.
• Good convincing and sales skills.
• Ability to understand patient needs and recommend the appropriate consultation/treatment pathway.
• Confident and pleasant telephone etiquette.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp and CRM software.
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Presentable, polite and professional personality.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily outbound/inbound call handling.
• Minimum 80–100 calls per day, depending on lead volume.
• Lead follow-up completion.
• Appointment booking and confirmation.
• Lead-to-appointment conversion.
• Appointment-to-consultation conversion.
• Customer follow-up and retention.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, skin & hair clinics, laser clinics, cosmetology centres or cosmetic surgery clinics will be given preference.
