Job Description

We are hiring an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to develop B2B sales opportunities for industrial automation solutions, including SCADA, ProMES, BMS, IIoT and automation integration.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads across manufacturing and industrial sectors

• Connect with plant heads, factory managers, operations and engineering teams

• Manage prospects from cold lead to qualified opportunity

• Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations and presentations

• Conduct regular follow-ups and support sales closures

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

• Build customer relationships and generate referrals

Experience: 0–1 year

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹2.40–₹3.50 LPA

Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in B2B industrial sales may apply.
