· Accuracy of product costing and quotation costing.
· Timely completion of costing sheets and quotation support.
· Reduction in costing errors and rework.
· Standard cost vs actual cost variance control.
· Price-list update accuracy and timeliness.
· Material cost optimisation and vendor cost comparison effectiveness.
· Identification of cost-saving opportunities.
· Reduction in material wastage / scrap through costing visibility.
· Accuracy and timely submission of MIS, sales / revenue, and costing reports.
· Improvement in product profitability and margin visibility.
