Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day banking operations and bank coordination.
• Handle cash loading and maintain proper cash transaction records.
• Process and coordinate business payouts to clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash and bank transactions.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Record and update financial transactions in Tally.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, receipts, payments, and other accounting entries in Tally.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare reports related to cash, bank balances, payouts, and daily transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banks for payment-related activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company financial procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts, banking operations, or cash management.
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally/Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of bank reconciliation, cash management, and payment processing.
• Experience in cash loading and business payouts is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• B.Com/M.Com or a relevant finance/accounting qualification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and financial discipline.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
