Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join 3 Stones Innovation as Business Development Associates. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in sales, and the ability to connect with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales conversion process.
- Assist in business development activities and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Willingness to interact with clients and prospects.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Work Location: Semmancheri, Chennai. Candidates must be willing to work from the office.
